1st month issues witth billing
I started at this facility on the 29th of June and within two week the billing system sent late fees over to me for not having paid my August bill! I was told that access will be denied and fees assessed unless I set up auto billing. Contacted the facility and their response is "ignore the notification of the fees." Major concerns that if I set up auto-pay, I'll be over-billed and charged fees regularly.
Apparently this is a facility wide issue with billing, but no follow-up to the customers?
There is still no resolution on this, or follow-up from the company.

quick and easy to take care of the paperwork
Friendly staff and easy to work with. This was my first time using a storage facility. They made things quick and easy. Definitely will be recommending them to others!

Great Storage Facility
I have been storing my property with Superior Storage (formerly A-1) for the last 6-7 years.I chose A-1 initially quite simply for the location. Being just a quarter mile from my home made it quite convenient. The units are nice and clean and the hours are very accommodating. I had been utilizing two of their units for my growing storage needs. I have seen a few property managers come and go. For reasons that were quite obvious to me. I was considering relocating my storage just prior to Dennis arriving( Current Property MGR) He convinced me to stay, and I'm glad I did. He has offered great customer service. He has stayed after hours on more than one occasion to assist me, and has made dozens of courtesy calls to let me know payment was due within a couple days. For a Contractor who works out of town quite frequently this was monumental. It helped me to keep my payments timely and Im quite certain it was above and beyond his job description. He's always been polite and professional and very friendly and is always on site during hours of operation. Recent price increases have unfortunately prompted me to relocate my storage, but upon my departing would like to thank Dennis for his overall kindness and for always working with me!
