anyone. Mouse poop in my stuff and staff trying to auction off my unit when I already discussed with them that I would be making a late payment and they said that was fine. So why the lien notice that cost 35$

This place really needs to rethink on to conduct themselves
Serious ethics issues as far as im concerned I will be relocating as soon as my month is up. Thanks but no thanks. Plus the rats are out of control. Also I see that they have laid out poisen bait in various places which also is a ethics issue for me as I have cats and I am 110% against poisening the eco system with sick rats so other animal life (eg) birds of prey and our feline friends can get sick too

This facility practices what i call
Any business thats in business to make money providing storage service to people should do just that. Rightspace storage would rather and did deny my money so they could in turn auction off my unit to someone else for less than what i came in with when i came with the 1st of what was one of three arrainged payments. I also was denied when i asked if i could at least get my fathers ashes out of my unit or if they could have whoever bought my unit leave the ashes there and i would come pick them up. They could have even mailed them to me eith postage to paid by recipient so they wouldnt incur any expenses but they didnt even bother to that. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

The customer service is friendly to your face
This company is very quick to put units up for auction. I was treated as if I had done something wrong. I pay my bill. I have proof of my payments even if they dont. I dont know how one customers records could be misplaced or lost deleted whatever and not another's. Was it because I had a large sized unit with many expensive items in it. I have close to 50,000 of tools and equipment in my unit. Are they really dimwitted enough to think Im not going to keep proof of my payments and know when my bill is due??? Tis a shame

I was a customer for a decade
Terrible. I am very disappointed I have been a customer for years, before they were Rightspace they were Alotta Storage and I have paid on time every month with the exception of 2 times that I was less than a week late on several years ago. I had a problem with my bank accounts due to identity theft while I was in the hospital after slipping and breaking my hip. I had my sister call them to inform them that I was in the hospital after finding out a month into my recovery that I had been the victim of fraud. I had to cancel all my accounts and have new cards issued ect. Anyone who has had thier life money and identity stolen knows its a tedious process getting affairs in order. I had been a customer for about 12 years. I keep a lot of my inventory in my storage unit. I depend on my sales which I can't fulfill if I dont have my merchandise. Dealing with many unhappy customers while recovering from a seriously debilitating injury. I just cant believe my unit was locked then scheduled for an auction. I was able to save my unit and get my property moved thanks to my wonderful sister who also has a handicap. She has to use a wheelchair more days than not due to medical issues. It saddens me to think of the people who have been victims of the poor management decisions made by "rightspace" I highly recommend not keeping anything of value or that is a personal cherished item at this facility. Perhaps paying ahead for the storage space used by six months to a year would be a wise decision.

Courteous efficient service
The quality of service was good eniugh but what dtrucm me was the attimtude of the person behind the desk was positive and polite. Later thst day he opened the door for me and that was very cool.

my reservation was honored with no problem. i pd exactly what i was quoted.the unit turned out to be to small, i was upgraded immed. to a bigger unit(10x20). i was treated with humor and respect. loved it! i wasn't pd to say this either..

I went to facility and the lady said this size would not be available until monday. or hasnt been built yet. Something like that. Anyway I gave her a copy of this reservation and where it said $60.00 , well she would not honor that price. I did rent at this facility because of convienence but am very upset that she would not honor my reservation price. She did give me a discount but not anywhere close to what I was reserved for.

The office manager Debbie at this location is far from professional. My mother was renting a storage unit from them, when she was getting ready to close out her storage unit because she was moving into her new place she didn't have any use for her washer and dryer. I her daughter had just bought a set that I couldn't use she offered me hers in her unit. The office manager Debbie agreed to buy the extra set of them for $100.00. So, we allowed her to take possession of the washer and dryer and when my mom when in a few days later to close out her contract for the unit, Debbie tried to play stupid. She said that she thought that we were giving the washer and dryer to them for free because she was giving to a family in need. If I was offered anything for free I would repeatedly be thanking that person for their kindness. She had not shown any signs of thankfulness. After having to contact their corporate offices, the keep saying that they needed to speak with my mother because the contract for the unit was with her. What does my stolen property have to do with my moms unit? NOTHING!!! The best they did was get the washer and dryer back to the storage faculty in San Jacinto. I don't have a truck, nor the money to rent a u-haul to get my stolen property back. So I am now having to get the police involved to attempt to get my stolen property back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from this location and from Alotta storages corporate office as well. I advise anyone to avoid renting units from them. They seem to make things harder then they need to be, and have difficulties bending to their strict and unnecessary rules.

Horrible customer service, incompetent
This store takes in packages to ship to PO box numbers when according to the UPS terms and Conditions #13 of page 14 they can't. They refuse to addmit this and refund the cost of an undelivered package. The site manager Debbie refuses to take responsibility for this error even after being told this. Clearly an unprofessional business.
