Outstanding staff, Great experience
Nice and clean, new facility. Regarding the storage unit building, I had a bit of an issue getting a couch through the first entrance doors.. I wish there was more clearance to allow for larger items to pass. The sliding doors really need to be larger and higher, or ideally, no doors at all, so that we can go right into elevators with our belongings..
Other than that, it was a great experience. Martha Velasco assisted me every step of the way, from signing up for a storage unit, to buying moving supplies I needed, to renting a U-haul.. She is always a pleasure to deal with, and always happy to answer my questions. She went above and beyond to get me set up with the Uhaul, as it was a bit of a process for me, but she gladly walked me through it.. We all know that moving is stressful, but she really made me feel like I had someone there to help through a difficult time. Thanks so much, Martha!!

Clean and efficient
I reserved a 5x15 storage room. They provided what I reserved on time and also had helpful boxes at a decent price, which I bought to help with my move. My only quibble is that they did not provide the $20 Amazon gift card which was advertised on SpareFoot, which is why I reduced pricing by one star.

Great staff and a nice facility
The staff was very helpful and it was quite painless to sign up for my unit. The grounds, facility and unit is well taken care of and clean. The dollies are very helpful and readily available. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of self storage.

Clean and spacious facility
This was my very first experience in using a storage facility. The 2 staffers at the front desk were very helpful and helped me through this process. The location is perfect for me and I like the 6am-10pm access times.

Quick and easy
I was very happy with the customer service and the unit I rented was clean and dry. The first unit i was shown had a puddle of water in it, but thankfully, there was another unit that was nearby that was perfect. The manager was helpful and thorough. The place is easy to get to.
