I was not informed of the changes in ownership .

I was misinformed about the refund of my direct payment. I wasn't responsible for any late payments. If I had been informed about the changes, I would have elected to clear my unit at the end of the monthly term. I would not recommend Snapbox to anyone. Workers have to email manager for approval on issues therefore you leave with no answers. This process really is unfair for the consumer. I am still waitng for my refund of late fees.
