The only bad thing is the hours. I've been trying to get into my storage for days but I can't because of the hours. The people and the facility is great other than that

Would recommend this storage
I rented the largest uhaul truck and the movers packed it full (so I assumed). After arriving in Pace, I reserved a 10x30 storage unit to which the movers said I would need. I didnt need one near that big. After talking to the lady in the office about how to stack and store. She looked into the back of the truck and assured me that it would fit into a 10x15 and said there was no need in paying for un-used space. I aggreed with her and rented the smaller storage. It was perfect and I still have a little room in it. This place was clean and my bill is 1/2 the price that it would have been, if I'd listened to the professional movers I hired...
I would recommend this place anyday. That was my understanding of true southern hospitality

Clean and Secure
We felt very comfortable with our stuff being at this storage place. The people were kind and gave us tips on how best to store our things. That is a plus when you have to move far away and leave all your stuff behind.

Went in to rent my storage, employees very friendly went out of their way to help me. Was in and out of there in less then 10 minutes.

Lacking In Customer Service Skills
I rented a storage unit on a Thursday after noon. The lady who usually works was off..( I over heard this info ). The employee working in her place was unable to correct a price that I had seen offered on the internet. He advised me it would be taken care of by the lady who usually works . He also advised me that we had 24 hr. access to my storage unit.
The following day ( Friday) the same gentlemen called me & left me a message to call him back. Unfortunately he didn't stop there. He continued to call my phone. ( 10 more times) within a 2 hour period. Only leaving one message. When I called I was advised the transaction did not go thru and he would need my info again. So I gave him my info, and he gave me a confirmation number.
Well Sunday evening I went to the storage building & I was unable to enter. I had to wait until Monday morning to speak with someone. Well I finally got a hold of someone . Monday morning I was able to put my belongings in storage . What happened to my 24 hr access ??? What really got me , is when a gentlemen came up & asked if we were just moving in. ( I assume he is an owner), I told him , yes we were. Well this gentlemen asked me to move my trailor ( which we were unloading ) as soon as I could, so this other gentlemen with him could get to a unit past mine. He needed to do ground maintenance.
I just paid for 3 months of storage up front, and now you want me to hurry up & move ? What in the world ???? I was not happy with my service from the employee inside and I had to pay movers for another day & for the truck another day because your employee did not do his job properly & now the owner is rushing me. This company definitely needs to work on the customer service skills.
