Helpful Manager/Sparkling Facility
It may be a little weird to say a storage facility is lovely but this newly painted facility shines with shiny white doors and fun, clear signage. Yet, what makes this facility really great is the service the office manager gives to each client.
I booked my reservation on the phone with the call center and they assigned me a storage space in the center of the building, a long haul from the entrance. Upon my arrival at the facility the manager changed my reservation to a unit much closer to an entrance and he had to do extra paperwork to make that happen for me.

Friendly and clean
The biggest down side to this facility is lack of availability. The hours to access the unit are very, VERY abbreviated and will certainly not work for everyone.
As of June 2020 the latest you can get to your unit is until 5:30 p.m. And that's only M-F.

Easy and efficient
I had an easy experience with my paperwork. The staff was very polite, personable and helpful! Great communication and explanation. Made sure to walk me to the unit and give little tips on how to remember how to get to my unit and back, taught me how to use the lock, etc. Pricing was reasonable. And I felt safe in the facility.

Very convenient.
Pricing keeps going up every month. Costumer service is alright. The woman who works there is the only reason i keep coming back. She's very professional and is understanding. The place is huge and is climate controlled...I think that's very cool. All in all, it's just as expensive as all the other storages but I would recommend it to anyone looking for something short term..

Not for us anymore.
When we first started renting there this place was so awesome. It's convenient to get to as well. As time passed by, the rent kept rasing. Last month it was $10 for insurance, next month it will be up another $3 for some unknown reason. Sometimes staff isn't as professional as you'd think they should be. BUT, There's this lady we absolutely love. Hands down she's the only reason why we like the place. They just recently opened up Po boxes but with all the fees it's probably cheaper to get one at the post office. We really had high hopes...now theyre just as expensive like all the other storage place in the area. Maybe we just don't like changes when it messes with our monthly budgeting. All this is our opinion tho so take it with a grain of salt.

They were extremely helpful and honest!
The manager and the woman (whose name I cannot remember) were extremely helpful. I was able to get a storage unit and mailbox for an amazing deal! They assisted us with whatever needs we had and were extremely honest along the way. No hidden fees or fine print. Thank you!

It's my first time getting a storage it's pretty cool.
I will definitely recommend it to a family or a friend it's party cool place neatly and it's inside a building. I'm thinking of getting one more unit party soon thanks downtown storage.
