Easy to move in, great help.

The management is on top of everything, information is clear, easily understood, and they are quite helpful. The hours could be a little better, meaning later at night, but not a big problem. Very affordable and convenient.

It's ok. The only quirk is the elevator to the second floor in my building is very quirky. You have to hold the door shut on the second floor for it to work properly.

Good, solid storage ficilities

I've had a lot of storage units and this one is better than average. The woman that checked me in was new to the location but still very knowledgable and helpful. The unit was a little dirty but it was an outside/drive-up unit. We had a 24' truck that day - driving in wasn't a problem but getting around to the exit gate was quite tight. The pedestrian gate at the front also wasn't locked that night and we left after 10pm. Despite these concerns I would recommend this storage facility to a friend.
