I had a wonderful experience with this facility!! Hurricane Isaac was expected in the area I was moving items from - I needed to get them to Leesburg on Sunday to avoid the rain and wind. Bob opened up just for me (Sunday he is closed) and could not have been nicer! He is customer service personified!!!

Our Story

The gentleman at the facility is a fill in. He is amazing. When we got there, after he gave me wonderful directions because I am new to the area and had no idea where I was going, we realized our 4 by 12 was going to be entirely too small. He was able to get us into a unit doubled in size for relatively close to what we were supposed to be paying for the smaller unit. When I had reserved the unit (4 by 12), the lady on the phone told me what size would best fit my needs, believing her, she was wrong =) So, I have to say the customer service we received was amazing, the place was well maintained, clean (even the restroom was clean, which surprised me!). I still have items in storage there and am very pleased with the outcome.
