Very well run facility
I couldnât have been more pleased with the service I received from Regina. She provided me with everything I needed to complete my move in. She answered all my questions and was very helpful with any of my concerns.

Great facility, particular experience was weird
I think this facility is great. I do feel really guilty about canceling my reservation and requesting a refund, but I did have a weird experience. It was just one man working, I won't state a name or location, and this made me a teeny bit uneasy, it being my first time going alone to one of these places, I just would have hoped there would be at least 2 people on site or just 1 woman, being a young woman myself. I put that initial mental note out of my mind and figured its a well known place, don't be ridiculous. Well, I kid you not..the man is telling me where my unit might be (we were considering different options) and he decided to reference the building letter with the example "K, K means killer". Now, maybe it was just a joke or something, but when I looked up at him he did not make eye contact with me or give any indication he was joking, so I just averted my eyes back down. I was uncomfortable for the rest of the experience and of course after that anything a little odd that he did made me uncomfortable, but honestly, am I crazy...who uses an example like that, to a young girl, at a storage facility, especially when you're the only two on site? No laughter, smile, or indication of it being a joke or sarcasm..not sure what it was. Just emotionless and nothing. I would have kept my reservation, but I would have had to go with someone every time to feel safe, so unfortunately I had to cancel. The woman that I spoke with were very understanding and nice when they listened to my story, which I greatly appreciated, because it took a lot of convincing to get myself to call.

It was easy to reserve spot & accessible to my home. It would have been a better experience if someone had mentioned in advance that a security lock was needed since this was my first time using a storage unit. Customer service people were very friendly & efficient, but I waited almost 1 hour until someone returned to the office. I had been told the lunch hour time, so I arranged my schedule not to arrive during lunch time.

I had great communication with the staff concerning my reservation and when I got there the people working were extremely nice and helpful. It is very clean and secure.

Uncle Bob's offers superior service!
Being in the moving business affords me many opportunities to be in a variety of storage facilities. I find the service of the managers, Jim and Regina, at Uncle Bob's to show a great deal of professional ability while tending to the individual needs of an array of customers. In this way the staff at Uncle Bob's, including Brian's pleasant phone manners, stands out in my mind. The little things, like Jim handing a small child a water bottle, while she waited for the adults to be done with the business of the day, shows that the staff cares enough to take time to ease the process. You should be very proud of the Brick Blvd team! Thank you for your efforts! I will continue to happily recommend you as often as I am given the chance.
